Now I'm really nesting. Yesterday afternoon Roxanne's babysitter took her to the playground and the library for an hour and half and I finally finished the two short sides of the bumper! Oh my. I'm so proud. Charlie has now given me official permission to make one soft toy before I am to tackle the long sides.
The nursery is coming together. As you can see from the picture, we got the cushions on the mid-century rocker recovered in black and they are much more comfortable (no "crunchy" foam like the original ones) and the chair looks just lovely. I also made a cozy for the Purell hand sanitizer.
Why? Because I'm crazy. The Purell in Roxanne's room has a denim cozy, matching her orange and blue decor. I like having the Purell out, it just needs a cozy.
